Action! Tip For The Week
Positive feedback. We know this is what the brain feeds on, what spurs it on. So, get into it.
- Some people still aren't doing this for themselves but waiting for others to provide it for them.
- You need to schedule in meeting your own need, because that will move you on faster and further than waiting for someone else to think of offering positive feedback to you.
- Deliberate provision or accident. Which do you want as a vital part of your progression?
- Schedule two pit stops each day. At the end of your morning and at the end of your afternoon. Do a quick stop, check and positive input.
- If you have trouble thinking of positive things to say to yourself off the cuff, do a quick brainstorm now or in your next coffee break and write a list of ten to twenty positive things to tell yourself. Make them task or skill specific and don't be afraid to heap on the praise.
- My favorite is: "I've finished producing the next newsletter, Issue 6. Brilliant job, Raven. Good for you." Simple though it is, it's very useful and much better than hoping it will occur to someone else to say.
Motto: Ensure you give yourself what you need to succeed.

Article - Ten Ways To Sell Advertising Space Fast By Catherine Franz
1. Give your customers a discount when they spend over a certain dollar amount for ad space. You can also apply this tip to the amount of ads they buy.
2. Offer your customers a free bonus for renewing their ad order. It could be an ebook, special report, online utility, etc.
3. Sell advertising space between your content. You just break an article in half and insert the banner or classified ad between the two parts.
4. Write content that's tailor made to mention and relate to the product your customers are advertising. This is more work but, you'll sell a lot of ads.
5. Tell your customers when they buy an ad you'll also add it to your free ebook and message board for free.
6. Offer to endorse the product your customers are advertising before or after their ad. In all honesty, you would have to try out the product first.
7. Write a review for your customer's product to place under their ad. This is similar to a testimonial or endorsement but more in-depth.
8. Offer a 'buy 2 ads and get 1 free' deal. With a slow economy and advertising sales, most businesses are bound to be looking for a good ad deal.
9. Give your customers a ton of free bonuses when they buy ad space. It can be submission software, an ebook full of advertising or copy writing tips, etc.
10. Guarantee your customer's advertising results. If they don't like the traffic they receive, give them a refund or another ad for free.

Word Nugget For This Week - Internet-based Training
Some sort of educational or learning content presented via the internet. It can involved links to resources located elsewhere on the internet including other websites, email, bulletin boards, and discussion groups. It can also take the form of internet-based workbooks, internet audio recordings, webcasts and teleconferences.
The benefit from the live aspects of some of this training is that the learner participates directly with other real time people: learners and presenters who are also interacting live.
Conversely, the benefit of other downloadable resources is being able to go back to them repeatedly to learn more or refresh the memory and boost application.
There is much learning being offered for free on the internet. And remember subscriptions can always be cancelled, usually with one or two clicks.
Here's to your habitual success.
